Terms & Conditions

  • Nomination forms should be submitted in Print and digital versions with appropriate documents- covering letter, membership number on the form, balance sheets for 3 years, Profile of the Company and the applicant, copy of company registration certificate, Udyam (if MSMEs) & GST certificates as well as photograph of the principal applicant.
  • Branding and promotional activities will be available on the commercial terms and will be applicable for selected Awardees & the business channel, business newspapers, coffee table books will be prepared as per the interest of Awardees on commercial terms.
  • The Company should be in operations for the last 3 years.
  • Enrolment of the Membership is mandatory for Selected Awardees.
  • The Applicant should submit more information or clarification or authentication sought by the Management team of the Chamber on the documents submitted or information mentioned in the Nomination Form.
  • Selection criteria is totally depending on the reliable information submitted by the Applicants and it should not be assumed that the Nominations will be considered. If any nomination is rejected, the organization will not be answerable for the rejection or to give any reasons for the same. The Applicants should evaluate their nominations before submitting to the organization. The growth-oriented nominations will be short-listed and will be submitted to the Jury Members or Selection Committee for further consideration.
  • The Awards ceremony schedule will be announced in due course, if delayed for any reason, the Applicants will not be allowed to withdraw or cancel the nominations. In this matter no refund of processing fee will be paid for whatsoever reasons.
  • Please note that the incomplete nomination forms or non-payment of processing fee will not be accepted & processed.
  • Branding amount and processing fee will not be refunded, if the nomination is rejected or not processed due to incomplete documents, incomplete formalities or compliances or lack of authentic information or rigorous follow up or withdrawn by the applicant.
  • Processing fee will not be applicable to SMEs, if they are submitting their nomination under the branding category.
  • SME Chamber of India reserves the right to accept, deny or reject nomination forms or modify the concept, terms and conditions, cancel or withdraw the Award activities, remove certain categories or criteria, change the design of trophy or memento or change the date of the Award ceremony.
  • The membership fee will not be refunded, if nomination is being rejected or not processed, due to incomplete documents or completion of formalities.
  • As per the policy of the organization, the information provided by the Applicants will be kept confidential and will not be divulged / shared with the third party/ies. The information will only be given to the Selection and Management Committees for their review and selection process.
  • The Chamber reserves the right to disclose or publish information about other applicants or reasons for the rejection, inviting dignitaries for the Awards ceremony, sponsors & supporters.
